The upstairs features 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping up to 8. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath, 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and a large room with 2 twin beds (convertible to one king). These 3 bedrooms share a full bath located in the hallway.

LOWER VILLA
The downstairs unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping up to 6. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and en suite bath. There is also a day/trundle bed (2 twin beds) in the master. In addition to this, there is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath.

Clearview Villas was built by a local Anguillan and his brother. He has since moved from the island, but holds onto the villas so that he and his family can enjoy them, becoming a beloved vacation spot for family and guests alike.
