Reservations:
Payment of 50% is required to guarantee reservation (4 night minimum).
Rates are in US dollars and subject to 10% government tax. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Your advance payment is refundable provided that the cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival, will forfeit 50% of the full amount due (for the entire reservation). Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival will not receive a refund.

Smoking:
To ensure the highest quality for our guests, the villas are non-smoking.
Damage:
Any damage to villa property or any contents therein by a guest, guest’s family or extended guests, must be reported immediately to the management. The full cost of repair and replacement will be the personal responsibility and obligation of the paying guest. Failure to report any damage of villa property to the management may result in additional penalties.
